As a Clinical Documentation Specialist (CDS), you serve as the essential human checkpoint between AI-generated notes and the official patient record. You will be responsible for meticulously reviewing, auditing, and editing AI-generated clinical notes to ensure they meet the highest standards of accuracy, clarity, and completeness.
Your work directly supports physicians, improves documentation quality, and helps reduce clinician burnout.
